Get the TaskFlow App
Start and stop your task timers and review your work — from your phone or desktop. Installs straight from this page: no app store, and it updates itself.
Windows
Open this page in Chrome or Edge and click Install App above — or use the install icon ⊕ in the address bar. TaskFlow gets its own window and a Start-menu shortcut.
Android
Open this page in Chrome and tap Install App above (or menu ⋮ → Install app). It lands on your home screen like any other app.
iPhone / iPad
Open this page in Safari, tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen → Add.
Good to know
- Sign in with your normal Workflow account — the app shows only your tasks.
- Timers are recorded on the server (start → stop), so the time logged is always accurate — even if you close the app.
- An internet connection is required.
- Need the full board (projects, reports, admin)? Open the web app — there's a link inside the app too.
